Can I get a refund?
Your First Payment
Applies to 'Breezer for Life' and subscription payments. You are eligible for a refund, providing you contact us within 7 days of the purchase, and have used the app fewer than 10 times. To request a refund, please contact our support team and include the email address you used to sign up for Breezer.
The following processing fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is found to be faulty:
Breezer for Life: | $15 USD |
Annual Subscription: | $10 USD |
Quarterly Subscription: | $5 USD |
Monthly Subscription: | $3 USD |
Subscription Renewals
Renewal charges are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to continue, make sure to cancel before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a renewal will take effect for the next billing cycle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription easily in one of these ways:
- Easiest: In the Breezer app go to Settings > Subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Use our contact form.
- Message us on our Discord chat portal.
Important:
Uninstalling the Breezer app from your device does not cancel your subscription. To avoid future charges, make sure to cancel using one of the methods above.
