Can I get a refund?
On your trial?
If your trial doesn't meet your expectations then we offer refunds within 14 days of this first charge. To request a refund just contact our support team and provide the email address that you used to register your Breezer account.
Already Subscribed?
Renewal charges aren't refundable, so if you no longer want to continue, be sure to cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Any cancellations made after a renewal will apply to the billing next cycle.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can easily cancel your subscription by any of the following means:
- Within the Breezer app go to 'Settings' > 'Subscription' and tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Let us know via our contact form.
- Let us know on our Discord chat portal.
A Quick Note:
Uninstalling the Breezer app does not cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, please cancel using any of the above methods.
